Making Of Non Alcohol Perfume Spray
Mixing 60%-70% of Body Fragrance Oils with 30%-40% of Perfume Solution ( Non Alcohol ) will become Body Perfume Oils. Lasting of the perfume will depending your formulation percentage from 8 hours to 24 hours.
* Facial, Body or Cosmetic Products : 0.2% - 2.5% into your formulation.
* Body Shampoo : 0.5% - 2.5% into your formulation.
* Soap Making : 5% - 10% into your formulation.
* Candle Making : 5% - 10% into your formulation.

Important Note : Menthol is registered as an OTC skin protestant drug with the FDA. This means that if you want to sell a finished product containing menthol and you make a skin protestant claim (incl. insect bites and insect stings), menthol must then be listed under ‘Active Ingredients’ on the label. Also, your facility and your product must be registered with the FDA and you must operate under GMP guidelines. However, if no skin protestant drug claims are made on the label, menthol is not considered a OTC drug and no registration is needed.
